Schedule Appointment

Every visit is with Dr. Jenna Platt, PT, DPT, who has more than 15 years of experience. This is a quality-based practice, not a volume-based one: one patient at a time, and a plan built around your goals.

How care works

  • First visit (about 60 minutes): Jenna reviews your history, tests the injured area and the structures around it, and finds what is driving the problem. You start treatment the same day and leave with a home exercise program.
  • Treatment visits (about 55 minutes): hands-on care, targeted exercise, and balance, gait and posture work, chosen for what you need that day.
  • Once you reach your goals: an optional maintenance plan helps you stay active and handle flare-ups.

See Our Process for more detail.

What we treat

Neck and back pain, shoulder, elbow and hand problems, hip, knee, ankle and foot injuries, dizziness and balance problems, jaw (TMJ) pain, sports and work injuries, and recovery before and after surgery. The full list is on What We Treat. You can also read what to expect after a knee or hip replacement.

Treatments

Most visits include hands-on manual therapy and myofascial release. Depending on your plan, Jenna may add dry needling, the Graston Technique, Class IV laser, INDIBA radiofrequency, blood flow restriction training, core stabilization, functional training, mobility work or other treatments. See all services.

In-home visits

In-home visits are available on request. How far Jenna travels varies, so ask when you call. If you are already receiving home health care after surgery, let us know so we can plan around it.

Areas we serve

Jenna works with patients from Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Juno Beach and other parts of Palm Beach County.

What patients say

Common questions

Do you take my insurance?

Coverage varies by plan. Call or send a message with your plan details and we will check for you.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes. We accept Medicare and private pay. What Medicare covers depends on its rules, your secondary plan and your Medicare deductible, and we will go over this with you before treatment starts.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Only if you are using Medicare. Otherwise you can usually book directly. Other insurance plans have their own referral rules. You can be seen for up to 30 days through direct access before a referral is required.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what Jenna finds at your first visit, on your condition and on whether you had surgery.

What should I wear?

Gym clothing that lets you move, not skin-tight.
